I'm at that point where I can't take break. I just want to organise my life .
@shivang . Actually that's where I lack I can't focus
I tried it but it messed things up I just want to know how can u focus and concentrate on one thing at a time
I have Sam problem at some point in my life and I fix this with 2 things read and meditation.

@wearytermite1 what kind of things do you think about more often? like it's making up nonexistent scenarios , being anxious - thinking what if it ever happens in future? or do u think about something which occcured during ur day-like how it went or u shouldve done better, replied better ?
@skylar like anxious about literally everything. Nothing gives satisfaction. Always uneasy. I think about study of course before that my personal life. I can't describe. There are too many things
like for both present and future? restless, uncomfy feeling?
