Work on the reason which is causing anxiety . Meditation , yoga and excercise , healthy food and books.... If these things are present in your lifestyle you will feel good. And do what you like.....Avoid toxic people and Pray to God for all small blessings you have got 🙏🙇🙌 like I am thankful I have food to eat and a roof to live.
move on fast..just dont think about it ..do things which make u happy..unless its soemthing u can improve by thinking
