we all want someone to take care of us. someone to just be there for us. n trust me when the time is right that someone will definitely pop into your life. till then you have to hold yourself
it's not like I want bf in my life I have no one I need person my parents also not understanding me
sometimes a single friend is enough. a true friend is much better than a bf or anything. ofcourse no one can take your parents place but I know many times it's hard for us to make our parents understand because of the generation and technological gap.
how should I overcome on this everyday wakesup with anxiety is killing me
it happens with me every morning too. what other people have told me is to move out of bed as soon as you get up and involve yourself in any activity like exercising or anything. personally nothing worked for me because I didn't have the energy so what I started doing is sleeping extra half an hour or so to just pass that time. then when I wake up I feel uneasy but not to that extent that I used to before. however you can adopt the methods other people have advised
yes you are right thank you for your precious help I am the one who thinks alot after waking up I should do something work in that way I can forgot and pass my time
