What are you angry at ?if I may ask please elaborate it
I get angry very easily
in anger I had hurted many of my close friends.
Ok I understand. It's human nature to get angry frequently but it's fine. But loosing anger and hurting friends can be bad I know it too. We regret it later. To just get yourself calm and control over anger I recommend you to go for walks in the mornings and walk in the fresh breeze. Read good books it will give you a peace of mind. Or try to do anything you like cause Being happy also will let you take a control over yourself. I used to walk in the morning breeze when I felt pissed or annoyed. It really helped me take a good control over myself. You could try breathing exercises too. They really help cause it did for me. I hope you become the person you want to be.
I can't tolerate when someone show attitude to me and tell lies.
I know. But that's how people are these days aren't they. Which is why we should mould ourselves in to better people. If anyone shows attitude let them be. They say karma is a kickback. They will face their karma. And for those who lie its their habit or what not. Lying never takes a person to a better position. Some or the other day it has to come into light that a person has lied. Which is why maintain your calm and just remind yourself there's a thing called karma and it willl do the right thing for people like them. They are not worth your anger or our energy to vent out at them. Just think they are bunch of nomads.

try working out... convert your anger into energy that will strengthen your nody
when you get angry,stop talking. count backwards,or breath in through the nose out through the mouth like blowing in a straw
