Try noticing small things what you do in your routine...it helps and maybe try to correct them slowly and one step at a tome

always a expert opinion is best you can try few self evaluation tests available online confirm it always with your doctors or councellors..

to be honest, I have had no routine since I left school. it's been a decade..

and so much disorganization, along with food intake disregulation and no schedules and yes... insomnia.. with lots of crying that I'm unable to control. literally couldn't breathe last night at one point.

start meditating and just start with it only and forget about everything adhd or whatever stuff comes in your mind...just start with some meditation and look for guided meditation online but just start it....I guarantee after sometime, you'll develop your own routine and you'll be proud of it but just start without giving it a second thought
Recovering_babe
meditation sounds good. will start it tomorrow 👍🏻 Appreciate your support Arjun!!

you'll get tired within a week and I can guarantee this too but that's when you have to maintain it and make that a habit

you won't see results in just one month but you gotta keep doing it because it takes time and patience...and that's when your patience will be tested

omg you've said the most truest words! I will get tired within a week! kinda impatient here.. it's very hard to develop routines for me.

Also, accept yourself, instead of struggling or fighting with yourself. Make a time table and try to stick to it. somedays it will go well, some others it won't, but keep at it. and keep it flexible. eventually you will have a schedule you like and hopefully life will be better. Also seek professional help for your ADHD. best luck!

Working out and meditation...make these two things your habit....when you work out, your body needs fuel so you'll eat before the work out and you'll eat after the work out and then your body will ask for meals. Feed it with healthy and tasty things and simultaneously meditate... work out is really important to connect mind, body and soul plus it will help you in improving your daily diet and sleep...
