I have model exams in 3 days.i have wasted 1 year with phone addiction.right now I want to study but I don't even remember how to study.my friends were in hostel.they have attended testpapers and studied well.i am a big zero right now.i don't know where to start what to do.i have model in 3 days.i am stressed so much I am crying.i don't know whattodo.parents are scolding.that I wasted all the time and they told me to deal it on my own..i am crying.i want to die.

Hey thanks for reaching out It is okay to feel overwhelmed when exams are approaching. It would be healthier that you focus on the preparation rather than ruminating on the past. It would be helpful that you strengthen the concepts you already know. Techniques like relaxation and mindfulness would help you manage the overwhelmness you are experiencing. All the best
