examination stress and its effect on confidence

I'm a student of class 12 and going to appear for my boards in the month of may. I am very much confused regarding my studies and can't focused properly. And such tensions lowers down my confidence level. From next month i'm having my pre boards of which am not prepared . everything is messed up. How can i overcome this problem of mine?

Yes, i've made but am unable to follow it since i need to look after my household chores since my mom is a working woman and till the time i get free from my all work i feel lethargic and start procrastinating studies. What shall i do?

That i get confused while i start to do something and i get frustrated. So i stop doing doing my work. And i dont feel like doing anything

This time make a realistic schedule and try to stick to it no matter what set a goal for yourself and work on that.
