Hey Ghost are just our own making. Try to distract yourself. I will recommend you to try writing down your emotions- what are you feeling why are you feeling If you will realize that ghost will do no harm and it's your thought that are doing the real harm then you will be at peace. If you think there is a ghost then gather some courage and try to check out the think or place in which you think it exists. Slowly you will realise there is no such thing.

Hey mukund! I can understand your situation budy!... I used to be in same situation at your age. one day my brother said something which kind of changed my attitude towrds everything.. He said whenever you find yourself in any tough situation just say to yourself... whats worst will happen ( jyada se jyada kya hoga) and do what feels right.. we make our own ghots - exam, life, dead people, crisis.. so in the end its only we who can crush them and make them bow.. Don't unnecessarily fight, first try to understand why its happening, when its happening. And about NDA first try to focus on clearing the exam & ssb. Rest the training and the environment will transform you into a deadly personality. Good luck GC
