Worrying about the problem will only increase your problem. Try to think of a solution.
You can also try deviating your mind by following a routine. Main thing is to keep your self occupied instead of excessive thinking.

Do some breathing exercises to get your mind off your anxiety. Also, don’t think so much and take it one day at a time
