I understand , this might be tough situation for you. Anxiety is a fear about what is going to come next. And it often creates fear and apprehension. And its okay feel that sometimes.
With Reference to your worries i would suggest to you to be connected with your family as much as possible try to share how you feel and vent out to them .
I would also invite you to get yourself to here and now that is the present situation ,i know its tough but every time your mind wanders on what is going to happen in future you bring back your mind to the present and start to see what is good happening in the present and get satified with that.
A technique which will help you to be in present is the grounding technique.
look around snd identify ans say out loud.
5 things you can see.
4 things you can feel.
3 things you can hear.
2 things you can smell.
1 thing you can touch.
This will help you in relaxing and de clutter your mind and manage your emotions.
lastly try to distract your mind whenever you feel you are indulging in thoughts which gives you anxiety by doing something creative.
