my work shift just started...i can't focus. it's been a while since I hv been forgetting stuff. like always I forgot my password again. then somehow I managed.after minutes I forgot something again...i know I should consult a doctor...a therapist.but how should I say this,feeling such a hypocrite while saying this...i don't think anyone could help me. how am I supposed to do this on phone...or online, my family is insane, I don't get any privacy. what if I get disappointed. the money would be wasted. is there any way,it could be done personally...like face to face...i know the whole pandemic situation, ohk I think I should shut up now.
