Have you discussed about this with your wife?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand how it feels to have no one to share your emotions with. I get it that you have feelings for a friend, but you should try to rationalise it in a way that she is just a friemd to you and you can be with her in that relationship only, you can share how you feel and find a great companion and friend in her. There is no problem in maintaining a friendship with pure intentions. I am glad that you are true towards your feeling and you have no bad intentions for her. It’s better to cherish a friendship and have that person in your life. I see that you’re married, how’s your relationship with your wife? Do you guys communicate?

relation with wife is good but to be true i miss the emotional talks with her .. the warmth, the chemistry which the partners shud have ... she is a much better person than i am ... but i dont feel that energy with her....

the friend i mention... i have just cycled with her for last one year .. nothing else .. i have never touched her and i dont even feel like ... but i feel like spending much more time with her ... at times i ve felt that she too feels something for me but .. i have never gone that way while talking to her.. but inside i have felt extremelg emotional for her

i feel like loving her .. making her feel special ... in the most formal ways.. going for drives .. laughing .. partying ..

she has had some problems which she isnt willing to share so i dont force .. but i just wanna tell her to smile and enjoy life

I understand, it’s good that you connect with a person. Why don’t you clear what you feel and tell her that You just want to be friends. Have you tried rekindling your relationship with your wife like the way you want?

well, im always trying to better the relation with wife as it is the most important one. but there are certain things which make me feel disappointed. i never compare her with anyone but i just expect one thing from her: TO ENJOY LIFE WITH WHAT WE HAVE and keep moving forward. shes kind of never happy with life which irritates me. i cant remember her laughing . i try sooooo much but shes more into her world of loving things. i ask her to be fit to enjoy life, to leave bad food but no .. despite her taking medicines she doesnt improve. even her family starts blaming me if i stop her from eating unhealthy food. and i actually HATE ppl who dont love their health.

I understand. These things gets difficult to adjust with. I think you should actually sit together over a quality tea or coffee and discuss this. Let’s see what’s her reaction to this suggestion of yours.

well, presently i dont find anyone to whom i feel like expressing myself.

I can understand, it must be difficult and you must be feeling emotionally overwhelmed yet unable to express. Take some time off. If you feel like we can connect over a session and share how you feel.
