Sorry to hear that you got no support from your family. Work hard and let your work speak for yourself. For ur panic attacks do breathing exercises and stay physical active. To overcome your confidence issue, just work on your public speaking by talking to yourself on the mirror and watch videos on YouTube. This should help

thankyou for considering me. i never had anyone in my lyf to console me or comfort me . i tried to pour out everything to my family but i dobt have courage to do that .. i dobt know how will they react... its been five years since im living in sadness and anxiety . i dont know what to do where to go . ive noone to talk to ... even my friends find me odd . i cant completely rely on them . ive felt lyk ending my life several times . i dont know what im upto ... ive no motivation in life...

my parents are divorced and i live with my mom sibling and maternal grandparents. everyone here likes my sibling more than me . its said younger sibling gets more care and attention but in my case its my older sibling whos everyones favourite. i dont feel jealous abt it but what hurts me. the most is the biasness.. in every matter they show biasneesss ..... even food ..... my grandmother has no concept abt sharingg equally ....its always about giving it to my older sibling and me eating the leftover... plus they always term me as an idiot who doesnt know anything and is always a failure. i feel lyk running awaay from my home... im afraid to share anything with my family.... i cant even tell them silly matters.. one day i told my family that i might be in depression . they made it a joke and said im simply kidding... im suffocating in tgis envirobment . whatever pbllm my family faces they all curses me ..... if v have finaancial isssues also they vl say its bcz of spending on me....... the fun fact iss my older sibling is not a boy .... its a girl only just lyk me...... if she waas a boy then v could have blamed patriarcgy but here its different..... the only difference is she is fairer and beautiffull than me.... my wholle. family likes her just bcz of this reason...... they always taunt me ... but physical appearance is not my fault..... im afraid of going to family functions bcz their also everyone vl taunt me that i didnt attend any of those family functions for the past five years.... but ive no issues with my sister coz she never disrespected me nor taunt me ..... but i cant openly talk to her coz i dont have enf courage .... im dying everyday ... there wasnt. a single night passed where ivent cried...... i dont want my family to know about yhis coz instead of understanding me and my issues they vl taunt nd make fun of me again.... im cluelss rght now... ive no ways infront .... i dont know what my future vl b lyk ......... im hopeless and shattered

This is a lot to process, i can only imagine the kind of trauma you must be facing. This is a lot to go through, your anxiety is very natural, you have been mistreated, you deserve to be loved. Are you close to anyone in the family?

Yes but I don't think they can digest my condition... I don't want any of my family member to know about this coz they vl use in the future to taunt me saying 'shes a mental patient' coz that's what every Indian society aunties think.... I've already got a lot of names lyk liability, failure, useless, idiot..... I don't want to add 'mental patient's into the list....
