I fear of bing judged

See, people observe you in social gathering, that’s universal, but they don’t judge you. It won’t make them think that you are prude or a wrong person. The moment you talk or initiate a conversation the fear starts to fade away. People only look for kindness nothing else, it’s your nature,behaviour etc thats makes you loved by everyone. People are never judging. Even if they are, they are not telling it to you, as long as you don’t know about it, why are you letting it affect you. Let’s try to focus on making you little more adaptable to the social gatherings. Does phone calls or texting friends also makes you feel awkward?
