hii I'm girl and I'm just 18 I don't know but I'm really scaredto meet new people even when I ordered something I don't want to attend that call and received my stuff I'm so weird don't know why it's all started when my mom scolded me and I stop going out side it's been now 5 years and now I just don't want to go somewhere but in my heart I wanted but my mind never aloud me,I think so much about a little things and that's make me cry sometimes and my parents just say that I'm the trouble maker for them in all this mess up I just forget that how to live my life and now I wanna change this by my own but I can't.....

I am sorry to hear this but I feel now uour old enough to go out and meet people. You should talk to your parents politely and first thing you need to clear your head on is that you ain’t s trouble maker. Did you try having a conversation around this in the past?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand your situation. I am sure you want to change this about yourself. How about we start doing small things that would help you in coming out of this comfort zone, because you also know how important it is to socialise as well.
