experiencing suicidal thoughts from years

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

Hearing sucidal thoughts in my head space. I have been experiencing "sucidal thoughts" for few years. There are random words stimulating sucidal and self-harm situation. words like "kill?" "did you die" and such would cricle in my head like a toy train. There are voices with different pitch and tone taunting me for staying alive. I am getting scared by my own inner voices.

Yea, i did indulge in self-harm. And I felt short term relief even though i didn't wanted to self harm myself. I just don't know how I cope with these. I just lose my temper and I find myself difficult ti maintain my calm

when i am mentally or emtionally hurt somewhere. or i suddenly feel alone. or if i fail in something to do ...i get overwhlemend by these voices
