Expressing emotions
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

My friends say i suppress my emotions. My family say you don't express your needs like related to shopping (food and so on) i too at times feel that i don't express it. i feel it puts me and the other person in a troublesome situation. So i just avoid or listen to it and let go of it. But now i feel it's causing stress to me and is burdening me and i feel it might affect my health too.
