you work hard on a specific skill that’s required in the industry..if it is engineering, learn coding and be good at it..if in any other learn marketing, just be good at anything you want..be ambitious and aim for the stars..I have lots of friends who are from average colleges but vps and directors in companies..and I am talking about people who are 31-35 years of age

honestly anything you want..you can do MSc and PHD and be a prof..you can do msc and aim for any d2c brands or Pharma companies product formulation team..you just side track and learn how to code..if you have an eye for design, you can be graphic designer and then do product design..if your heart is set on continuing in chemistry find out the contacts for Pharma and cosmetics and other d2c brands’ r&d and product formulation team..and talk to them..bro you have just started..the possibilities are endless..just don’t be average..work hard and you will find ur way..it’s not Gyan..I have done it myself and I have friends who have done it this way
