if possible try to exercise a bit daily, like even just for 10 mins and take in some morning sunlight . it will help generate possitive energy . Also find your purpose , like what you want to do in life ie your main goal . It will help with motivation . try to complete a small goal every day , like completing a small chore or finishing a small part of your task .It also helps . I know you are strong enough and you will push through it . All the best πππ
