So what if he didn't have a sibling? Will you put the blame on his parents? See the issue is with him. It's something he should figure out. And if you're having issues with his things, you should tell him, not anyone else. In the end why should she even help you get through to him, are you her BFF who shares everything with each other and has brunch every weekends? well idk, what the actual situation is! but u can't expect his sister to interfere in his relationship outta nowhere and reprimand him. she doesn't owe u both guys anything, when it comes to his relationship. however if he's abusing u in any way , or badmouthing/disrespect or doesn't treat u well . then u should take his up to his parents or sis, excpect them to reprimand him and keep ur distance.
