facing criticism because of being introvert

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Stress

Is it justified in any way that you dont want to be a family person specially relatives point of view, you just wantstime for self, love to be spend time alone, dosent mean you dont value relation right, why is it considered inappropriate and uncultured...am I only one who feels distance is comfort or anything wrong with me
