In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I'm facing issues with not having proper sleep. I work in night shift. I wanted to do some physical activities to be fit and healthy, I plan but I'm not able to execute it. I wanted to have a positive attitude towards Life. But for some reason, I'm feeling too low. I am not happy or sad. I feel like my life is going like machine, wanted to change the way i am living but i am not able to... always depending on others follow me. please help
