family isn't being supportive, suppressed anger

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

i have anger issues i guess...usually i try not to show it and i succeed often but there's a void and even my family doesn't give a crap about it...ive tried to talk to them about it multiple times ...they shut me down
