Take a break.Go somewhere for a week may be. It will clear your mind to understand the problem more clearly.Nd then u will either find a solution or will be less bothered

Growing up in household with family issues is not easy but it will only make you stronger, don't give up and just stay focused on your purpose in life. I won't see it's easy to open up but if it's really affecting you, try explaining it to your family members, maybe they will understand and support you
