it depends, i worked for 7 yes that means I'm experienced fellow..If i get the better offer I'll quit the job.And different type of experience is important for corporate world

there are a few variables to it..whether the company values you in terms monetarily and in terms of responsibilities..most importantly do you still love what you do..a lot of these things are spur of the moment thoughts and at those times you need to think wisely..there are people who do great things in one company and others keep changing before they find their feet..hence ask yourself the questions and you will find the answers..but make sure it’s rational and you have take a decision based on your terms and not based on a specific incident or specific person
