if your anxiety is getting bad try taking deep breaths, listen music and try to distract your mind from the thing that's making you anxious. This helps to me.

A panic attack can be aborted by breathing into a paper bag, deep breathing

i am feeling this from last 2 year. i live alone in my house. We can't do anything we just have to control our mind. i tried to talk with random people that was also very toxic. i started learning music i did it. currently to control my mind I am learning neuro technology. your mind is curious just use it in best way
