i am facing with the same situation...start meditation , think positive ,keep it in mind it will pass.
if your anxiety is getting bad try taking deep breaths, listen music and try to distract your mind from the thing that's making you anxious. This helps to me.

A panic attack can be aborted by breathing into a paper bag, deep breathing

We can't do anything we just have to control our mind. i tried to talk with random people that was also very toxic. i started learning music i did it. currently to control my mind I am learning neuro technology. your mind is curious just use it in best way
