i have fear of dying a lot. i am all fit and fine but idk suddenly what happens to me if i see i pimple on my hand i get scared.i have fear of cancer .i think what if ut happens to me.i am very scared of it.if i hear that someone is going throuh cancer. my mind starts thinking.what if it happens me.i starts thinking.. i alost fear if this

Hey thanks for reaching out 😊 It would be helpful if you write down your thoughts and collect evidence against it. For example What are the other reasons for a pimple and so on. Try mindfulness and breathing exercises for relaxation.
