you should know what are situation he/she is now facing, if you know try to be there for that all the tym and give the person some emotional support and some give him some space and try to observe that he is not feeling alone and tell him in any situation you are always be with him , if he has to share something you will be there to listen and understand it, these are the things you can do I think and if it is serious the I suggest you to tell him to go for a counselling without wasting time. Because they are better to solve such issues than us.
