Be calm, how? Well know this, the more you worry, the more you are Increasing your problems. So ypu have to be. Accept them all. Spread them in front of you. And tackle them one by one, be wary of not going at all of them at the same time or you will overwhelm yourself. Your mind is just a bunch of molecules, master it for conciousness is a gift invaliably wonderful and great. When in trouble, generally do not seek help from others unless you yourself can find no way. Why? Because you are the only person who knows all about you.
