Hey.. I'm sure you are a fighter. Its the low dopamine level making u think death is the only solution. Its actually the other way around. look around, and try to live the moment. Divert your mind to other things, and do things new.. Break the negative loop.. You are gonna be fine soon.

You will need a minimum of 14 to 21 days to break a habit. The habit here I'm talkin about is the negative thoughts.. Have u tried DBT?
