Well you need to relax and see if the situation changes
its happening since 4-5 months...
i do relax and wenever i try to do that.. i start feeling anxious and sometimes even panic attacks
then be busy. n slowly try to change by practing.
You can try to keep yourself engaged and when you are free you can practice deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation to feel yourself at ease.
is there some worry in ur mind which has not been healed yet
When u feel like that, try texting your friends....
try exploring all portals which encourage socializing... or you can try surfing the net... any similar things should divert your attention... try them.
Even I am lonely, I do similar thing or take a ride down the Bengaluru city.
Just chill down and enjoy doing something.
