hi. i am sometimes always in a bad mood or i feel down about my whole day when it hasn't started yey but something that always hels is to take a breack for a few mins a day mabey an hour? if you can but take this breack and do something spontanious or just something that makes you happy. read ab book without worrying about the time, watch a movie, doodle something or hop around your house singing but please take a break whenever you feel like this.
About watching movie or series, I have a problem with that, instead of talking to anyone, i only watch series, i am a binge watched
