Firstly please don't think about dying. Try to communicate this feeling of yours with your husband and loved ones. I have been in similar state of mind. Talking about it and understanding their perspective has helped me. Also try to engage yourself in something that you like doing or enjoy doing. This will keep you engaged and can help you.
