You just need to keep in mind that ( life wasn't built for us we were built for life) we were made in a certain way to be able to cope with this life and what ever it gives us good or bad you just have to learn how to cope with it if you feel sad try to see other people's struggles and listen to them that will get your problem out of your mind remember that you were made for this life life wasn't made for you you are the only that can make happiness or sadness possible you need to learn to cope with your feelings dont try to punch at the back of your head face them and understand that the situation you are in now is not worse than any other person before you go to sleep count all of the positive things you've got in your life even those small ones that way you will realise how great your life is and you will realise that your life is actually a gift and you were made to open this gift after you open the gift it's up to you how you are going to use it positively or negatively you use life life doesn't use you
