I think must be feeling detached, you can take some time off or try to recreate memories that you enjoyed.
That would make you feel good and help you establish olddays communication with them.

dear, even i too feel the same way.so,i want to say is that, its okay,sometimes you feel so much overwhelmed. there is lot going on in your head. you just need to keep going forward. take a break from people and give more attention to yourself, examine where you are in life and what you need to do to make it better, whether be it a job, education, family,friends, or your love interests. do one thing at a time. if you are scared of attachments, try to face your fears, thats the only way to get over them. if you dont do anything abt it, it will haunt us. so get it done.
