I dont know...I am not feeling anything
just that she is not hugging me as always, I cant feel her touch and she is not calling out my name, I cant hear her...I can see her in pictures and that is taking me to that moment so I can feel her presence in my mind

her death is so sudden and quick she died of myocardial infarction and since is diabetic I think the initial part of her attack was masked...and she was gasping and she was trying to look at me but she couldn't, I lost her in 1 min....still I tried CPR for 10 mins...we took her to hospital where she was is declared dead
I knew she left us when we r at home only but she is a warrior I thought CPR could give her few mins so that we can retrieve her somehow

I can only imagine the trauma you must have been through.
I can understand it will be really difficult for you.
It’s okay and very natural to feel this way.
I think you should give yourself some time. Try to be with this feeling for a while. Recall the good memories and also remember you can’t go back in time to bring her back you can only move ahead with her in your heart and you can kesp her alive by keeping her memories close to your heart and cherishing them.
