hii..i am a doctor and pg resident ..i am feeling really exhausted tired and depressed due to hectic schedule and i gave talen only 1 leave in a year..noone in my batch doing my locum ..i have to do my duties itself as its my duties....i am not able to enjoy anything ..stuck between 2 hospitals.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can only imagine, how exhausted and stressed you must be feeling. Managing two hospitals, endless tiresome duty hours. Rest and time for yourself is also important, otherwise you will not be able to fully devote to your duty because you are tired and mentally exhausted too. You need to first be in the right mind space. Can you ask your senior for some time off or for some help?
