take a sept somewhere and think about everything that trigger you because the overthinking os dur to not have answer to something try to solve everything in your mind and you will sleep normally

Try meditating while on bed. also try to reduce the sleep latency only go to sleep when you are completely tired or sleepy .it will help you calm your mind your brain is just tooo restless right now! sending some good calming vibes!from the other side!:-)
