no I've started working there I'm having problems with my colleagues and my boss I always greet them they always Seperate me from conversation there's no to talk in my work

it all started after I joined like 10 days suddenly I got promotion for high role which I should not share with my boss our CEO said they'll inform later the next day is my day to start as for the new position I got call suddenly at night from my boss asking how did u got the role and you worked here for only 10 days at first my boss conversation was like so demotivating den at the end of call saying congrats you can do it was so awkward, so the next day was i greeted everyone my colleagues and boss I got no response from their side

I think they got jealous of you bro. I think it's normal human tendency. It means you are growing, things will become alright, give some time. If not you can vent out your feelings here.
