Feeling lonely because lockdown

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I have been feeling strangely empty simce i got to know my exes moved on and don't get me wrong i don't have feelings for any of them but yk i want a boyfriend too but rn i am focusing on my career and mental health and have decided not to date but how do i stop feeling so lonely. Especially when everything is closed off due to lockdown.

It’s good that you are focusing on your career. Socialisation is equally important to stay sane. You should actually start meeting friends

Hi I'm passing through the same phase right now. Even when i've covid-19 and quarantine home. Feel like to have someone to share feelings and talk a bit. But you should have courage for the sake of your career.
