Oh my. Yes, I am there as well. This year has been particularly rough. And it's easy to get lost. You can start by accepting where you are currently in life. Know that you can't reverse what was done but you can change the outcome of your circumstances for the future. Figure out what is it that you love doing or have a passion for and venture into it.
