Human being is a social animal have recently or from some time have u not been meeting people or being around them? This could be one reason another one is possibly you are alone most of the time is it anything from one of them?

iam mostly alone and I prefer that....being with people makes me feel more lonlier being alone doesn't make me feel that way

well in that case you have plenty of time to explore your inner self. There are two worlds one is which we see through our eyes and another one is inside us which can't be seen directly with our eyes to see that world one needs peace this all may sound impractical but believe me once you get to know yourself you won't feel that way ever. Tip - Practice meditation daily be it of any kind
