To overcome this encourage urself in activities/ conversation...
Remove suicidal thoughts from ur mind...
It's happening because ur mind is empty... Make urself busy... Do whatever u want that makes u happy, relax and stressless....
U can also try public speaking , if u r comfortable or free make urslef socially active ... Socialize a bit .. but remember don't develop it in an habit ... Learn something new everyday... Read books .... Play games... Watch TV... Netflix ... Plz don't mind me saying but u r on initial stage...
Don't take this lightly .. today this is normal but tomorrow nobody knows... Depression can be fatal... Don't go into it... Overcome it ASAP... It will be beneficial for u only....didn't meant to scare you.... All the best... U can do it... Believe in urself...rest leave it on God he will help u .... All the best
