Mujhe words me convey karne me sab blank lagti hai. Sab daily routine as is it same hai. Suffocating hai sab, main apne functions ko samjh nahi parahi hoon like pain horaha hai, feeling.. punishment hai sab. Headache all the time jab bhi career ke bare me soch rahi hoon, blank horaha hai sab. Phone se shift hoti hoon sab achcha nahi lagta, kuch sahi nahi lagti... 0 energy... imagination me rehne me sahi lagti hai but kabi kabi kuch gir gaya ya side se kuch gira but real me aisa hua nahi. im lossing myself

yes just abi google se read kia mindfulness ke bare me and yes present me hoon but thik se sabi se baat real exact momment pe baat smoorhly nahi jati like jo hai raha wahi mere age ke sab different topics n better like wo adjust karrhe h but main unsab ke bare me akwrd feel karto hu like mujhe malum h kya bolrhe samjh b rahi but main unki baato ke saath us way pe sentance sahi se nahi milti, bolna b kam kia..
meri abi graduation year hai, end week me semseter is month me, internship ka time hai and main puri tarah se out hoon, last pendamic se yeh sab issues zyada feel hiraha hai.. sab blank horaha hai, kuch bhi man nahi lagta, now a days anger issues b increase horahi hai meri..
pain idk explain thik se nahi karsakungi but ek headache hai eyes ke uppar whole portion, sever pain nahi hai but wo pain na always rehti hai main tired feel karti hu, kuch lost sa, raat ko khudko thaka kar sona padta hai phone use kar ke, mujhe sahi nahi lagta aisa feel hota h mwre face pe pillow press kia hua hai, subha b uthne ka man nahi hota mujhse.

mujhe na imagination issue hai bachpan se. and main ab bhi finish nahi karpati. delusion hoti hai, but saath saath aware bhi hu lekin jab bhi akele rehti hoon mujhe wahi rehna pasand hai. safe lagta hai mujhe lagta hai main life me atleast alive feel karparahi hoon. i mean idk kitna zyada hai kitna kam but logo se itna kam, yeh roz soch kar sad feel karna nahi chhahti. but kabi kabi guilty feel karto jooon bcos us chiz k waja se works awarness miss hojata hai. mujje kabi kabi lagta hai baki logo ki tarah main kuch nahi samjpati, n kabi kabi samjh aati hai. isliye bohut curious and exhoust feel karti hoon.

mujhe yaad nhi hai, par kabi kabi lagta hai kuch abi hua..seconds me. like main room me walk karrhi hoon sudden kuch pass hua, or kch gir gaya. like main old pictures dekh rahi thi suddwn feel hua floor tut gaya jaha bethi hoon ,phir ek din main leti hui thi mujhe aisa laga mere room ke walls mere pas arahe the.. n aosa kuch kuch incidence hota h kabi kabi and yeh sab kucj seconds k liye hota h... and apne jo kaha sound k bare me, kabi kabi mujhe lagta hai mujhe silence sunai deti hai ustime main apne ap ko assemble nahi karpati ,body work karti hai but react nahi karpati...idk main wiered feel karti hu humesha. head aise feel hota hai kabi jaise head body ka sabse wieght ho, jisko leke chalna parraha ho. mujhe na work me if agar depth detail work karrhi hu to ek ajib feel hoti hai ,rona aata hai mujhe. main collect nahi karpati khudko. sabi chis hoke jaldi finish hojati h.. main akele rehna chahti hoon but jab akele hoti hu mujhe bura lagta hai, meri body work nahi karpati thik se, bohut dar lagta hai. fear issues b hai and last year se wieght gain b hua 10kg, sune me dikkat hoti hai

main nahi karparahi hoon... mujhe months/10years mujhe kal jaise lagte hai... mujhe log ko dekhkar aosa lagta hai unki real world me mujhe accept nahi karenge. ab jake mental health ko leke sab aware hai, sab kind bhi hogye but main na live theather jaisa feel karti hoon, real jo hai sabkuch untouch hai baaton se and physically bhi. mujhe samjh nahi aata khudko kaise reassemble karu abi yeh sab leke day to day chiz hai main safe feel nahi karparahi unme.. aisa lagta hai mujhe pechan k sab insult karenge.. mujhe ab real se fear horahi anxieties itti hoti h kabi iabi lagta h i should end my life mujhe dar lagraha h main koi bura steps lungi..
