Feeling of worthlessness

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Hi everyone Can someone explain to me why i feel like im worthless all i ever do is nothing good once i do good things they not care about it but when i do wrong they always remember it even if its last year, Can someone help me what to do

Well it happens people tend to ignore the good part and only focus on something done wrong. You don’t have to prove yourself.. ignore such comments and keep doing what you do.

That happens. Mistakes are done love them or hate them but you've to accept them. If people point you mistakes then just be happy for them atleast they do remember you flaws. If your certain about who and what you are, then no one's gonna stop you man!
