It’s okay and there is nothing no to be embarrassed or disappointed. Your strong enough to fight this. I suggest just relax

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. It’s okay that- the phase is over now, you are feeling guilty but use it as a reminder that responsible drinking is important. You experienced all of these emotions and feelings because you did hard drugs and alcohol, which made you lose your consciousness. These things not only has an impact on your feeling but has a long term effect too, I am sure you already know this. But it can also effect your mental health, like your mood, decision making ability, extreme emotions, irrational behaviour etc. Try to refrain from anything that induces or triggers the actions that you might regret later. What’s done can’t be redone, take a learning from this and move ahead. Have you been dealing with some issues?

Things happen. You were looking to numb the pain. Ive been there. Im a 40 year old male and have been back and forth with depression and turn to drinking and pot to forget or numb myself. But recently my anger and depression have been bad. I go thru emotional rollercoasters and cant control it. I dont want to be on meds I used to be on them years ago and didnt like how i felt. So now i just try to push off the negative and try to think positive and let little things go.

Hey Katy, the fact that you were able to go off meds is commendable. It takes a lot of courage to do that, i know because I have tried and failed. you will breakdown, you'll cry but it will pass. as for the embarassment, that will go too. Remember that you can always seek help clinical or psychological. All my love.
