Hi!! I am sure you must be feeling overwhelmed. Try to take a break for sometime and then try to focus on everything else.
Your mental stability matters more.
Sounds just like me dear, I completely understand you, but you see escape from reality is short lived, no matter what that distraction is, so how about trying to make your reality itself an escape, what do you like/like to have about your reality !?, focus on that, and feeling that you don't want to talk to anybody is probably because your exhausted to indulge in people's stories/conversations/etc, or exhausted from having indulged in it before, there's nothing wrong in spending time alone/in solitude/ for your own self, it sure will boost your energy levels, you see people sometimes drain what little motivation and strength you have, it's best to take a break from it.
And don't take it straight to the heart, whatever anybody says to you, if someone's rude to you, just tell them that they are rude(if they are open to listening), else just ignore their rudeness, you see just like how pain is important to locate a would, people's feedback is necessary for self-growth, so if that person is rude to you, it's more damaging to that person than to you, so don't let it affect you, you should know you have the power to let/to not let something affect you.
