It's okay to feel the way you feel. Having tired or hopeless days doesn't make you a loser. Don't go hard on yourself but try to do very basic things which you feel very tiring. You might need a few days to process it and finally complete the task but it's okay. Try to talk with someone close to you and if possible communicate with your parents
