Hello Ash, Our urge is totally dependent on our state of mind. If you are happy then you will like anything and if you are under pressure or occupied in something then even hunger won't bother you. First try to find out if something is bothering you. As for the part of creating the urge then you can watch romantic movies with adult scenes. If that doesn't help then go for adult movies. Just remember, its all in your mind.

I am trying to create an urge and i try to create interest in romatic movies as well .Earlier i use to watch romantic movies and all but from few months ,i totally feel like i am worth nothing. My mind is full of thoughts as like I won’t feel anything when my partner will touch me.Now a days my situation is like i am even not able to get up from bed. Full day just wondering about something or the other . I am going to marry the love of my life within next year but now i feel burden talking to him as well . Earlier i use to care for him and love him but now i am not interested in talking to him. As a result he is finding sudden negative change in my behaviour as well. I feel like life is a burden and i am not able to find inner peace. please suggest

Based on the above conversation it can be inferred that there is something else due to which you are so tensed. Maybe it was because of the idea of marriage of something else. You first need to clear your head and start fresh. Just try to do things which completely occupy you like watching a movie, pursuing a hobby. Go for a walk or jogging, it will certainly give you a sense of accomplishment. Talk to a close friend, siblings or cousins. If those things don't help then you can also talk to a psychologist as well. Main thing to keep in mind is to clear your head of random thoughts.

I talked to my frnd as well ,all of them said that i am the one who is overthinking about all this. May be i have fear of marriage ,but i am not able to understand y am i feeling as if I won’t feel anything!! When we use to meet him i felt his touch i also felt good!! But i am not able to get out of all this shit. The more i am trying to avoid the thoughts, the more they are tensing my mind. What to do😞

I am even not able to focus on my relationship . I feel like burden talking to him.

Hey Ash, First of all in any relationship it's really important to talk and having that communication with your partner will help you a lot not just in easing the tension but it will create a connection which will make your relationship really strong. I tried to talk to him but he goes on negative side n still we are not married yet . I can’t talk to him directly .

While it is not uncommon for a person to feel anxious and uncertain before marriage, it may help to enter into this with greater self awareness. I would urge that you seek counselling on this matter. There could be many reasons why you feel like this. Greater self awareness is the start.
