I Understand , We Cant Control The pressure and It makes our peace and Health also bad......When ever You feel Stress Listen to Music (Good Energitic Music , Breath In 3/4 ratio , Take it easy I Know It's hard But How can you deal with It in a easy way.....Take a Brk for 5 Min and Think how can I deal this situation Better way With being clam or Tell Yourself "Okay I am Going to handle This" When we get pressured or Like Things or on head...Mind gets panic and We tend to do more mess......I don't Know how much suggestion have helped you.......Take Care
